You can rent a car, bike, scooter, jeep or minibus from Thomas car rental, we are the first and largest car rental company on the island and have more then 200 scooters and 100 cars. The car rental is located both in Katapola and Aigiali just next to the port so you can easy get or leave the car or bike you have rent from us. We try our best to accomplish any of your needs. Conditions when you rent from Thomas car rental DRIVER'S AGE: minimum 23 years of age DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year from the country of residence or an international Driving Permit is required MINIMUM RENTAL: Three (3) days. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines resulting from violation of the Greek traffic law are for renter's account DEPOSITS: A cash deposit estimated on rental with a minimum of per day. No deposit is required from holders of credit cards honored by Thomas car rental INSURANCE: All vehicles at Thomas car rental are insured: a. against liability to third parties (excluding driver and passengers) for death, injury up to 478,357 ?. b. material damages to third parties (excluding the vehicle at Thomas car rental) up to 100,000 ?. c. for fire for the vehicle from Thomas car rental d. the driver, however, is responsible for collision damage to the rented vehicle from Thomas car rental up to its value COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (C.D.W.): The driver can limit his responsibility for his legal share in any damage of the vehicle (as mentioned in the above paragraph 6d) to 450 ? for the categories A, B, C, D, E, F and G provided also that the traffic laws were not contravened. Damages to tires, windshield, mirrors, windows and underneath the vehicle is not covered by the C.D.W insurance cover. Coast: 5 ?/day except categori G which coast 10 ?/day. PARTIAL THEFT PROTECTION - TOTAL THEFT PROTECTION, DRIVER'S AND OTHER PASSENGERS INSURANCE: It is ensured with 2 Euro daily PROTECTION FOR FRACTURE OF PANES: It is ensured with 1 Euro daily PROTECTION FROM TERRORIST ATTACKS AND NATURAL PHENOMENA: It is ensured with 2 Euro daily TAXES: All rates are subject to 18% VAT GASOLINE: The consumption is payable by the renter unleaded type fuel is to be used for vehicles rented from Thomas car rental DELIVERY: From our offices. COLLECTION: To our offices. EQUIPMENT: Baby / child (up to 3 years old) seat, snow chain, roof rack on request FERRYING THE CAR: An advanced written authorization from Thomas car rental is required.
